TOBE SYMPATEX OUTERWEAR*, are guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the garment.

The lifetime of a product unfortunately does not mean your lifetime; gear has its own lifetime depending on the circumstances and the intensity in which it is used.The lifetime of a product is not indefinite. Materials will deteriorate and wear out over time.
Signs that the garment has reached end of life include fabric fading, discoloration, broken zippers, fraying at cuffs and/or hems, the accumulation of small tears and signs of consumer repairs. This list is by no means all encompassing.
Rips, tears, cuts, punctures, burns, accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear-and-tear will void the guarantee even if the issue is not related to these damages.
All dyed/pigmented fabrics will fade under UV exposure (sunlight) over time. HI-VIS fabrics will fade at a faster rate than normal fabrics under the same UV exposure. This is a normal property of all HI-VIS pigments/fabrics and is not considered a manufacturer defect and is therefore not covered under our lifetime warranty.
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase. If the product is modified by the owner outside of an authorized repair facility, the guarantee is void.
Please wash and dry your garment before sending it in. This will avoid a €25.00 Cleaning Fee and is required prior to evaluation and also to assure the health and safety of our employees.
3 year Warranty:
TOBE boots are covered by a warranty against material and manufacturing defects. However, exposure to aggressive running boards will cause the soles to wear down faster, which is considered normal wear and tear. The warranty of our boots does not cover defects caused by misuse, excessive wear and tear, negligence, or accidents like cuts, rips and tears. General warranty terms apply. TOBE GOGGLES are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Scratches and fogging are not covered under this warranty. General warranty terms apply.
TOBE HELMETS are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. General warranty terms apply.
OTHER TOBE PRODUCTS are covered by a 3 year limited warranty against manufacturer or material defects.
In the event of a failure originating from a material or manufacturer defect during the 3-year warranty period, the garment will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Our first option is to repair the product to TOBE quality. If the product is not repairable or if the cost of repairing the product exceeds the cost of a new one we will replace it at our discretion. Repaired items will be subject to available parts, we will do our best to match colors and styles but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact product back.
