40K / 25K
40,000 mm waterproofing keeps the wet out and 25,000 g breathability lets moisture escape when you work hard. Fully taped seams and water-resistant zippers mean water finds no way in.
1. Empty all pockets and close zippers and velcro fasteners.
2. Turn the garment inside out.
3. We recommend using Nikwax Tech Wash®, but your regular liquid detergent is fine (do NOT use a softener).
4. Wash at 40° on a gentle cycle. Add four tennis balls if your garment is made of down.
5. Dry inside out on a hanger or tumble dry on low heat.
6. To make sure the water beads off like the first time you wore your gear: spray it with a good DWR. We recommend Nikwax TX.Direct®.
